Our Home Care and Domiciliary Services
SAG Living Hope offers a variety of quality home care and support services, which can range from companionship visits through to complex care needs. Our care services can be used for short term help following an illness or because your usual carer is having a break, or from the start of your care journey to long-term home care and support.
Home care provides the extra support you or your loved one need to keep you where you want to be, and that is at home. At SAG Living Hope, we are here to support you to continue living safely in your own home, surrounded by your belongings and memories, allowing you and your family the peace of mind needed to keep you inspired. It is more than just helping around the house, we can accompany you or your loved one on trips out, take you to appointments, prepare meals, provide personal care and act as a companion. Our flexible domiciliary care services can cover anything from a check-in visit to personal care to 24-hour or live-in care.

SAG Living Hope Home Care and Support Packages
We have a team of trained and dedicated home care assistants and carers ready to deliver tailored, quality care and support to help you or your loved one to live at home as independently as possible.
Personal care
Our team can help you or your loved one with everyday tasks that have become difficult, such as helping you start the day getting up getting up in the morning, washing, dressing, having a good breakfast and continence care.
Your personalised care might involve the occasional visit to organise bathing, clean clothes, fresh bedding and a thoughtfully prepared meal before bedtime and some help with getting ready for bed at the end of each day.
Support with medication
We offer peace of mind that you or your loved one is taking the right medication at the right time. From reminding you to taking medicines to keeping track of which medication to take, as well as collecting or returning medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery.
Domestic assistance
We can help with all aspects of everyday life such as laundry or ironing and keeping your home clean and tidy. We take care of the household chores such as washing, cleaning, ironing, making the bed, or any other support you need around the house.
Meal preparation
SAG Living Hope will take care of and prepare meals with or for you and assist you at mealtimes. Your carer will support with chopping vegetables, following a recipe or they can simply cook for you and serve your favourite nutritious meals in your own kitchen. They will even do the cleaning and washing up afterwards.
Shopping
Our carers are there for you, whether you or your loved one prefer to shop in person or send us out with a list or need help ordering online or making the shopping list. They can go to the shops and plus come back and put it all away, making sure the cupboards are stocked.
Our carers can even assist with collecting your pension for or with you.
Social support
We’ll help you or your loved one to get out and about to attend appointments, socialise, or share a hobby. Whether it’s taking you to doctors’ appointments, to the shops, going out for a walk, attending a day centre, to meet up with your friends and family or going to your church or club, we’re always happy to join in.
Companionship
If you or your loved one fancy a chat over coffee, want to share concerns or exciting memories, we’re great listeners and our carers enjoy these visits as much as you do.
Specialist Care
Some conditions require specialist care services. At SAG Living Hope we understand that when people have special needs due to an illness or injury, they may need extra care and support.
Our team is highly trained to support those with complex needs including Dementia care, Alzheimer's disease care, Parkinson's disease care, Physical disabilities care, Learning disabilities support, End of life care, Reablement services, Acquired brain injury, Arthritis care.
We pride ourselves on treating clients with dignity and respect and are fully equipped to provide tailored support. We work around our clients’ lifestyle and routine and can visit day or night to provide bespoke care.
Respite care
Caring for a loved one can be intense, and if you or your regular carer need to take a break, we can provide short-term care from a few hours right up to live-in care for as long as you need us.
We provide short-term respite care services to support people while their primary caregiver is taking a break. Our services range from a sitting service for a couple of hours up to 24-hour live-in care for as long as you need us. You can relax knowing your loved one is in the hands of a compassionate and trained professional until you’re ready to take over again.
