Our Home Care and Domiciliary Services
SAG Living Hope offers a variety of quality home care and support services, which can range from companionship visits through to complex care needs. Our care services can be used for short term help following an illness or because your usual carer is having a break, or from the start of your care journey to long-term home care and support.
Home care provides the extra support you or your loved one need to keep you where you want to be, and that is at home. At SAG Living Hope, we are here to support you to continue living safely in your own home, surrounded by your belongings and memories, allowing you and your family the peace of mind needed to keep you inspired. It is more than just helping around the house, we can accompany you or your loved one on trips out, take you to appointments, prepare meals, provide personal care and act as a companion. Our flexible domiciliary care services can cover anything from a check-in visit to personal care to 24-hour or live-in care.
We are guided by the principle that everyone has the right to help build their own care and support package, we therefore strive to keep our clients and their families involved at every step of their care journey. Our domiciliary care services are not just here to support you at home, but to inspire you to continue living your life, the way you want to.
Our care services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
